We are a group of parents, caregivers, staff, and administrators committed to making Burroughs Community School and our community the best they can be!

Our PTA puts on fun and educational events that bring our school community together, support our teachers, staff, and kids, and provide a space for families to be involved at Burroughs. We raise money to support this work, but fundraising is not our main goal; we are here to build a strong, inclusive community of students, families, teachers, and staff.

Everyone is welcome at the Burroughs PTA, and there is no cost to join! You become a member simply by attending one of our monthly PTA meetings.

PTA Administration

We are very excited to have so many different activities and events to offer our community. These activities only happen if families volunteer their time. We hope that each family volunteers for at least one event this school year; it can be as simple as serving pizza at the Back to School Party, working a shift at the Book Fair or a bigger commitment like joining the Read a Thon committee. There is something for everyone!
